The adventurers of lost recipes!
Les Mirliflores is a story of a friendship and our common passions for History and baking.
Our meeting took place several years ago, during our History studies in Master’s degree in Cultural Heritage. In 2017, after having work in different cultural structures, we decided to make our two passions our profession by creating an artisanal biscuit factory in an old Tarn farm.
Result of long research work in various historical, culinary, medicinal and iconographic documents, our “Taste History” biscuits are the result of many hours spent testing and rediscovering pastry through the centuries.
We handcraft our biscuits in our workshop, favoring local raw materials in order to guarantee quality, authentic and tasty biscuits.
The taste, provenance and cultivation method of the ingredients are values particularly close to our hearts. All our biscuits are shaped by hand which gives them their “homemade” appearance, a guarantee of quality that only a traditional biscuit factory can offer.
