This recipe dates back to 1740 and was one of the favourite treats of the nobility at the Court of Versailles. It is one of the first chocolate pastries in history. It does not contain flour, dairy products and added fat (butter, oil).

Ingredients: Almonds*, cane sugar, egg whites*, cocoa. Possible traces of other nuts. Naturally gluten-free.
