Made without flour, dairy products, or added fats (butter or oil), this biscuit offers a unique and gourmet experience. Its rich almond and cocoa flavor will transport you to the past, to the heart of royal recipes.

Inside each box of marzipan you will find a booklet telling the fascinating story of these historic delicacies , with anecdotes about the ingredients used. To complete your experience, we suggest you accompany these marzipans with a delicious drinking cocoa, the recipe of which also dates back to the 18th century.

The Mirliflores make all these biscuits by hand in their workshop in Tarn!

J ai goûté ce thé "céleste", chez des amies, j ai été agréablement surprise de retrouver ce bon goût gustatif de poire, que l on peut sentir à l ouverture du paquet.
Car bien souvent l odeur dégagée lors de l ouverture de la boîte de thé, n est pas du tout ressentie à la dégustation....
