Dive into the history of pastry with our artisanal soufflé macarons , inspired by the famous recipe of chef Antonin Carême , a 19th-century master of gastronomy. These cocoa and almond sliver cookies are light , crispy , and completely dairy-free.

Each box of soufflé macarons contains a small booklet telling the fascinating story of Carême , a pioneer of French haute cuisine, as well as historical anecdotes about some of the ingredients used in this traditional recipe.

For a complete 19th-century historical tea experience, you can pair these biscuits with a cocoa and apricot black tea !

Les Mirliflores make all these biscuits by hand in their workshop in Tarn, thus guaranteeing a product of exceptional quality.

J ai goûté ce thé "céleste", chez des amies, j ai été agréablement surprise de retrouver ce bon goût gustatif de poire, que l on peut sentir à l ouverture du paquet.
Car bien souvent l odeur dégagée lors de l ouverture de la boîte de thé, n est pas du tout ressentie à la dégustation....
