What could we eat hundreds of years ago? Discover our specialty: our range of old-fashioned biscuits with recipes dating back to the Middle Ages , the Renaissance , and even the 19th century .

Les Mirliflores make them daily in their workshop in Tarn. The Tarn biscuit factory uses local raw materials whenever possible to make its local biscuits (wheat flour from Tarn, spelt flour from Haute-Garonne, hazelnuts from Lot-et-Garonne, etc.).
